1. General Rules

✔ Do not post misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content
✔ Only legitimate products and services are allowed
2. Prohibited Items & Services
Strictly not allowed:
A. Illegal or Restricted Items
- Weapons, firearms, explosives
- Drugs, banned substances, tobacco products
- Stolen items
- Fake or duplicate products
B. Adult or Inappropriate Content
- Adult services
- Pornographic content
- Obscene images or descriptions
C. Government-Related Services
- Fake government documents
- Job guarantee scams
- Unauthorized agency services

D. Harmful or Sensitive Items
- Live animals (unless legally allowed)
- Hazardous chemicals
- Human body parts or medical samples
E. Scams & Misleading Ads
- MLM schemes
- Money circulation schemes
- Unrealistic investment offers
- Fake job offers
If forbidden content is posted, the ad will be removed and the account may be blocked.
3. Posting Guidelines
A. Ad Title
- Should be clear, short, and relevant
- Avoid ALL CAPS
- Do not include phone numbers or emojis in the title
B. Description
- Provide complete and accurate details
- Mention condition (new/used), features, price, and location
- Avoid false claims or exaggerated statements
- Do not copy others’ content
C. Photos
- Upload clear and original photos
- No watermarks, logos, or offensive images
- Product must match the photos
- Do not post images downloaded from the internet
D. Pricing
- Set a genuine and realistic price
- Do not attempt to scam users
- Avoid misleading pricing like ₹1 or ₹0 to attract clicks (unless genuinely free)
4. Communication Rules
✔ Communicate respectfully
✔ Do not share sensitive personal data
✔ Avoid abusive behavior or harassment
✔ Do not spam buyers or sellers
✔ Keep all communication honest and professional
Users are responsible for their own conversations and transactions.
5. Safety Guidelines
- Meet only in safe, public places
- Do not send advance payment unless you trust the seller
- Verify the product before purchase
- Beware of fake payment screenshots
- Avoid sharing OTP, bank login, or card details
- Always double-check the identity of the seller or buyer

6. Ad Approval & Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject any ad
- Edit minor details for clarity
- Suspend or delete duplicate ads
- Remove ads that violate our Terms
- Block users who repeatedly break rules
All decisions made by the platform team are final.
