• Operate and monitor tissue paper production machines.
• Set up machines according to production requirements (roll size, paper type, embossing pattern, packaging settings).
• Ensure continuous machine operation by loading raw materials (jumbo rolls) and unloading finished goods.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator, preferably in tissue paper or paper product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machine settings, paper grades, and converting processes.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during high production demand.

Expected salary: Rs.30000 per month
