Job description: Lead and manage all construction aspects of OEM and special features of a specific building.Responsible for the business development strategies to achieve target in terms of creating specifications and sales conversion.Ensuring to meet all big architect/PMC/facade Consultant/developer/fabricator/government and related influencer in assigned location.Identify new areas of commercial growth for the existing products and make recommendations for future product developmentCo-ordinate with team for winning the projects and ensuring seamless executionManaging the builder clients;Engage with them in early stage and work as a solution provider. Build confidence, develop relationship for sustainable results.Strong problem-solving skills, result orienteda.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected salary: Rs.400000 – 900000 per year
