This full-time junior-level position requires candidates to have work experience ranging from 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in various core competencies like forklift operation and safety compliance, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role in the rubber industry, showcasing practical application of industry-specific skills.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with forklift operation ensuring efficient and safe material handling.
• Proficiency in assembly line operations, essential for maintaining the flow and efficiency of production activities.
• Demonstrated ability in quality control inspection to ensure products meet the set standards and specifications.
• Basic knowledge in machine maintenance to help minimize production downtime and equipment malfunctions.
• Experience with packaging equipment operation to prepare products for shipment efficiently and effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, essential for maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Familiarity with inventory management techniques to keep track of material usage and availability efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery efficiently to facilitate smooth production processes, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards and rectify any defects or irregularities immediately.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing factory equipment to reduce downtime and operational disruptions.
• Manage and organize inventory to ensure the availability of necessary production materials and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor to comply with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency and output.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly to ensure quick resolution and maintain smooth operations.

Expected salary: Rs.25000 per month
