This role requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, along with a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities.**Responsibilities**– Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners.– Build and maintain relationships with key partners.– Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.– Monitor and analyze partnership performance.– Develop strategies to maximize partnership value.– Coordinate with legal and finance teams on agreements.– Conduct market research to identify trends.– Represent the company at industry events.**Requirements**– Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.– 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.– Proven ability to manage successful partnerships.– Strong negotiation and communication skills.– Experience with cross-functional teams and market analysis.– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.– Willingness to travel as needed.

Expected salary: Rs.80000 per month
