• Proficient in Windows OS administration.

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Failover cluster- Cluster level Configuration.

• Proficient in managing IIS Server.

• Windows Admin (Operations Domain).

Responsibilities:

• Manage Windows Physical servers such as CISCO, HP, Dell, Fujitsu, etc.

• Expertise in Raid configuration and troubleshooting related issues.

• Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix technology for managing Virtual Microsoft windows servers.

• Handle issues related to OS accessibility, Network, Performance, and other operational work.

• Conduct server induction and OS installation onsite or remotely via console or ILO.

• Experience in Microsoft failover cluster creation, reconfiguration, migrations, and cluster disk related tasks.

• Strong exposure in IIS for site creation, migration, and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot performance issues, site reachability issues, and different status codes.

• Analyze logs such as IIS logs, HTTPERROR logs, Freb, worker process dump analysis, OS log analysis perfmon, memory dumps, Netmon.

• Deep knowledge in OS to identify the cause for RCA during outages.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of cloud concepts like Azure, Oracle, Google.

• Proactively manage and maintain server, Virtual environment for high uptime.

• Design and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions.

• Document best practices and support procedures.

• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.

RequirementsRequirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Windows administration.

• Strong exposure to Microsoft Failover cluster- Cluster level Configuration and IIS server.

• Knowledge of managing Windows Physical servers and Raid configuration.

• Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix technology.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting performance issues and log analysis.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of cloud concepts like Azure, Oracle, Google.

Expected salary: Rs.500000 per year
