Reporting To: HR ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, assisting with payroll, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal data, etc.) in HR databases.Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and attendance.Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave records.Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.Maintain physical and digital files for employees and HR documents.Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems) and MS Office tools.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Experience with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)Multi-tasking and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Expected salary: Rs.480000 per year
