The salary offered is up to 5lpa. Candidates with 1 year or more of experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to international travel via phone.
- Provide comprehensive travel information, including flight schedules, visa requirements, and travel restrictions.
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to international travel.
- Exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year or more of work experience in a voice-based role, with preference for voice experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
- Excellent analytical ability and a logical approach to problem-solving.
