This is a full-time, Mid-Level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. As an integral part of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT roles. The position offers an opportunity to work from the office and requires excellent communication and coordination skills.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including handling the recruitment lifecycle. (Mandatory skill)
  • Hands-on experience as an IT Recruiter with proven sourcing and interviewing skills. (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in operating Interview Scheduling Software to efficiently manage candidate interviews.
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates from diverse channels to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proficient in coordinating recruitment events and activities to attract top talent.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills to effectively evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a professional relationship with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for IT positions.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews to assess suitability for the positions.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an updated talent database to streamline future recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding recruitment progress and challenges.

Expected salary: Rs.700000 per year
