Job description: A leading textile manufacturing industry Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality control processes within our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet all internal and customer specifications, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, procedures, and standards for textile production.Monitor and analyze quality performance across production lines and identify areas for improvement.Lead a team of quality inspectors and supervisors; train staff on quality standards and procedures.Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Liaise with production, design, and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the manufacturing process.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while implementing preventive measures.Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GOTS) and customer requirements.Supervise incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product audits.Maintain detailed quality documentation, inspection reports, and testing records.Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality of inbound materials.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean/Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the textile/apparel manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of textile materials, dyeing, printing, weaving/knitting, finishing processes.Familiarity with textile testing methods and equipment.Experience with quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry certifications.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of statistical tools is a plus.

Expected salary: Rs.45000 – 50000 per month
